As women age, their levels of estrogen drop, resulting in vaginal atrophy. Because of this many peri- and post-menopausal women suffer from vaginal dryness and urinary leakage when they cough and/or sneeze. For millions of women, vaginal dryness, itching, or burning is a common and frustrating condition. The time has come to alleviate the discomfort and restore vaginal health! You no longer have to suffer from these menopausal side effects!
ARE YOU A CANDIDATE FOR RejuVAnate?
RejuVAnate is ideal for women who experience painful intercourse, vaginal dryness, and vaginal itching or burning. It also helps to target uncontrollable urinary leakage while coughing or sneezing, eliminating embarrassing “accidents”. There are some contraindications that apply to this procedure. Your medical provider will discuss these contraindications at the time of the complimentary consultation.
THE BENIFITS OF RejuVAnate
RejuVAnate helps to restore vaginal health, promoting increased lubrication and elasticity inside of the vagina, which eliminates painful intercourse associated with menopause, surgery, or cancer treatments. The RejuVAnate treatment also helps to tighten and strengthen the supporting ligaments that surround the bladder and urethra, reducing the incidence of urinary leakage due to stress incontinence.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING TREATMENT
RejuVAnate is a minimally invasive procedure. The sensation of the treatment can range from nothing at all to a slight stinging. There is no downtime after treatment is done. A series of three RejuVAnate treatments is recommended to alleviate the vaginal symptoms. Each treatment time is typically less than five minutes and should be spaced around six weeks apart.
Most patients notice improvement in vaginal dryness within 3-5 days of having the treatment done. With each treatment, patients will notice greater improvement with vaginal dryness, itching, burning, and urinary leakage. Three treatments are typically recommended to achieve optimal results.
There is no physical downtime or discomfort after the treatment has been performed. Patients are able to return to their regular activities immediately, but must abstain from intercourse for 3-5 days after the treatment has been performed.
